Performing internal and external securities reconciliation between BNYM and Sub custodian on TLM system.• Good knowledge of performing Global Collateral Management Recon and Euroclear reconciliation.• Measure, monitor and ensure all source feeds TLM (both internal and external) are received within agreed SLA.• Investigate and resolve feeds which are missing or incomplete.• Responsible for performing account static maintenance, including creation, amendment, and closure of account setups aftervalidation and checks, as well as checking static fields such as legal entity into TLM application.• Work on different systems for investigation viz. NEXEN, HummingBird (GSP) and TLM.• Investigating all data for reconciliation is accurate, raising the issue with the source and reporting to management.• Adherence to procedures and SLA’s.• Performing transactional and positional reconciliation within deadline.• Resolving the exception after investigation and assigning to respective line of business for resolution.• Following CASS and CAP regulation to protect client money and assets.• Provide BCP training to Onshore team through Web-Ex.• Provide training, monitor progress of the newcomers during their ramp up phase.• Taking action & resolving unbalance accounts and reporting to management on daily basis.• Analyzing and investigating root cause of errors and promptly working on it.• Coordinating with technology teams for identifying and resolving operations issues within the timeline.• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiative to help the team enhance productivity and quality.• Testing and learning new applications which are to become a part of operations.
