ABOUT YUTA RASELL

Startup operator working at the intersection of AI, company building, and team architecture.Currently COO and founding team member at What\'sDO, an AI infrastructure platform designed to enable agents to execute real-world actions - connecting digital intelligence with bookings, services, and payments. Alongside this work, I’m building Future of Work Lab, an initiative bringing together founders, operators, and investors exploring how AI is reshaping work, productivity, and human decision-making.For more than 15 years I’ve worked with technology companies across different stages - from early startups to unicorn-scale businesses - focusing on building expert teams and organizational systems that support rapid growth. Over the years I have contributed to building and scaling teams in companies including Praktika.AI ($35.5M), Picsart ($130M), GridGain ($30M), XOR ($8M), AlphaPrizm ($4.5M) and other technology startups. Selected highlights:• Built and scaled high-impact engineering, product, and leadership teams for multiple AI and deep-tech startups• Designed team architectures and hiring systems that supported companies through rapid growth stages• Led international recruiting and talent operations across multiple regions and markets• Worked directly with founders on founding team formation and early organizational design Today my work focuses on areas where technology, people, and new organizational models intersect, particularly in:• AI infrastructure and agent ecosystems • founding teams and early-stage company building • organizational architecture for scaling startups • the future of work and human-AI collaboration
