First Class Graduate (1:1) with HR systems implementation experience. I began my career as an HR generalist and have experience of the employee lifecycle at a variety of scales. More recently, I have focused on HR technology with great exposure to HR digital transformation programs and technical configuration. I have experience using Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentia and ADP. Alongside systems, I am also familiar with HR Data Analytics and visualization tools such as Qlik and consider myself to be an advanced Excel user. I’m currently taking this to the next level by independently building an HR PowerBI dashboard.To complement my HRIS experience, I have been studying to enhance my wider technical capabilities (SQL, JavaScript, REST API’s) to enhance my understanding of databases and integrations as well as my project management skills (Agile/Scrum PSM1 Certified).
