ABOUT YUSUF OLONADE MENG

Professional and passionate Data Analyst with 4 years of experience transforming large, complex data into actionable insights and presenting them effectively to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and enable business growth. I currently work with WBR - Data & Analytics team at Canada Life where I focus on deploying data-driven insights to meet the needs of business stakeholders across Workplace Benefits & Retirement. I also support Power BI governance activities and accessibility of Azure Databricks Connected Data Platform (CDP 2).I have hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python and Azure, applying them in data management, preparation, modelling, visualization, analysis and communicating evidence-based insights to stakeholders through reports, dashboards and presentations. In addition, I have expertise in statistical experimentation, data mining, predictive analytics and machine learningI am passionate about continuous learning, professional development and helping organizations make the best use of data to develop BI solutions for business modernization and making strategic decisions. I hold an MEng Degree in Data Science & Analytics from the University of Toronto. In addition, I have completed several courses, projects and certifications from DataCamp, Microsoft, Databricks and Udemy, covering various topics and scenarios, and showcasing my ability to deliver high-quality and impactful results.
