About Yusuf Dirow
I am a Terminal Services Supervisor at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. I oversee the custodial and floor care services throughout our terminals to make sure every traveler and tenant walks into a clean and welcoming facilities.We serve passengers and 1,300 flights each day, which added up to about 51 million customers last year. My team works hard to make sure our concourses and common use areas are clean and welcoming for every traveler.I also work closely with Phoenix PD, Fire, Airport Operations, Emergency Center, TSA and U.S. Customs when issues come up across the terminals and concourses.I have 10+ years of experience in local government and airport operations.Outside of work, I am an avid reader with a strong interest in personal finance, survey research and public opinion.
