Driven to find solutions to a wide variety of technical issues and complex interpersonal challenges, I excel in the project and program management space as I deliver resolutions across the cybersecurity, networking, and technical infrastructure sectors. As someone who loves intellectual stimulation and engagement, a large part of my success is due to my dedication to constant growth and improvement. Deeply competitive in nature, my biggest competition is myself, which is why I invest my time into new and exciting professional, personal, and technical development opportunities. Most recently, I secured a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute to evolve my project and change leadership.This is also why I’m not afraid of the many hiccups that pop up during project implementations; my wide variety of skills enable me to find effective strategies and solutions while keeping the entire team on track for success. Like Buzz Lightyear says in Toy Story, “Teamwork makes the dream work!” I have no trouble uniting clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams around a common goal, and in fact, I enjoy leading conversations about how we can improve collaboration and form a more tightly knit unit. My professional goal rests in providing a painless and ultimately valuable experience for my clients. Whether building strategy with executives or leading implementations that affect wide-scale business operations, I use comprehensive change management plans to pave the way for successful projects that gain the approval of all impacted employees and do not disrupt regular operations. Having co-founded a nonprofit consulting organization focused on educational improvements prior to my transition into the technical world, I am no stranger to navigating business risk.    I stepped in to help stand up the Project Management Office, including implementing technical and business processes, tools, and best practices that drive Labcorp’s new Enterprise Oncology startup’s ambitious growth goals. Enable seamless go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies by setting up and scaling cloud and network infrastructure; implement security protocols to protect client data. Influence executive-level decision-making while carefully documenting technical and healthcare compliance regulations to manage risk and various dependencies by enhancing organization’s governance structure.
