Participated in all stages of the PCB design process, including estimation, component library creation and verification, coordination between departments, managers, customers, and manufacturers to find the best solutions. Key contributions included PCB design and review (DFM, DFA checking), ICT (In-Circuit Testing) design, HDI (High-Density Interconnect) design, EMI/EMC/SI compliance, mechanical integration, creation output documentation (Gerber, ODB++, BOM, drawings, etc.), preparation documents for certification, and suppliers support. Additionally, performed SMT and TH soldering for PCBA updates, as well as final device assembly for delivery to the customer.Accomplishments- Worked in a dedicated team for the UK-based electric vehicle startup, ARRIVAL. Designed and updated multiple PCB layouts for HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Display Control Boards and Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS) boards (25A, 120W). Conducted DFM, DFA, EMC compliance and DFT (ICT design), maintained library components, and prepared PCBAs for mass production. Created output documentation and drawings (including coating) in compliance with IPC, ISO, and UK standard for certification. Reviewed PCB layouts and documentation from other designers, collaborated closely with production and certification teams, and provided ongoing support- Implemented the MCAD CoDesigner tool in collaboration with the mechanical engineering team, enabling real-time 3D data synchronization between ECAD and MCAD environments. This eliminated manual file exchanges and alignment issues, saving around 50 engineering hours on the project. The optimization helped meet tight deadlines and reduce additional costs for the customer- Implemented automated test point placement for ICT design (DFT), reducing schematic engineers\' workload by 8%. This optimization helped reduce costs for the customer’s project.
