Work covers system design, modernization strategy, and engineering practices across a multi-language codebase. • Led the gradual migration of a legacy Java monolith to.NET and Blazor using a strangler-fig approach• Designed the real-time collaboration layer on SignalR; defined the event model, state-change propagation between users, and presence/activity tracking• Designed the optimization job lifecycle around a separate job server, covering submission, cancellation, live status and log streaming, timeout handling, and protection against duplicate parallel runs; defined how the UI, job orchestrator, and Gurobi solver communicate.• Led the work to onboard international CNN channels onto the platform; redesigned time zone and broadcast-week handling across the system• Set engineering standards across the solution; introduced Central Package Management on the.NET side, consolidated fragmented data-access projects, and pushed for consistency in packaging, versioning, and shared libraries.
