As a Solutions Architect with 20+ years of experience, I have a passion for building performant, reliable, and maintainable web applications that meet the needs and expectations of clients and users. I supported customers in pre- and post-sales, handling technical questions, objections, and recommendations. Previously, I worked as a Solutions Architect at Platform.sh, where I scoped out prospective clients\' technical requirements, provided tailored product demonstrations, handled objections, taught clients to use our product, and provided technical recommendations for products and services. I also have extensive, staff-level experience in software development.
