Operations Supervisor for an Access processing unit of 10 processor specialists and 1 Designated Reviewer Specialist. The processing unit determines the eligibility for benefits to an average of 35 families daily and over 730 families monthly by each processor specialist. • Organize and distribute daily operation assignments for my unit to determine eligibility for SNAP, Cash, and Medicaid benefits.• Supervisor for the Medicaid unit in which it is determine the regular and disability Medicaid. • Responsible for completing and validating staff Daily Production Reports.• Evaluate employees’ performance. • Implement and monitor Corrective Action Plans for those not meeting expectations.• Provide technical and agency policy assistance when needed. • Prepare and conduct the monthly unit meeting. • Gather unit and office production and compliance data to be presented at the regional monthly meeting. • Daily monitoring of time and attendance.• Bi-weekly payroll validation and authorizationSkills : • Experience with Computer Based Data Management Programs such as- Florida System used to determine the eligibility for benefits (SNAP, Medicaid and cash assistance)- Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID) system- Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program to verify immigration status- Florida Medicaid Management Information System (FMMIS) program to verify Medicaid status and eligibility- Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system- Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO)- The Work Number, and other internal management systems.
