Part of a small team responsible for qualifying, scheduling, negotiating, contracting and project managing all third party events at the iconic, Frank Gehry designed, New World Center and the adjacent Soundscape Park with it\'s soaring sf projection wall. • Generating new business through proactive enquiry response and prospecting, working around the symphony’s schedule • Negotiating pricing and contracts with clients • Collaborating with the client to create and develop their event experience • Project managing events from initial enquiry through to event completion • Client invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receiving (AR) Also acts as one of the primary contacts between the New World Symphony and the City of Miami Beach Department of Tourism & Culture and the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District.
