As an IT Infrastructure Specialist in SPS I have the opportunity as part of a great team to design, configure and maintain the IT platforms supporting the Business Process Services solutions for our clients, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our network platforms across multiple client solutions, troubleshoot IT related issues and provide technical support to the Business Teams as needed. Supporting existing IT infrastructure for Technology Business Services in cloud (AWS) as on-premises, acting as a point of contact (POC) and SME for infrastructure related trouble shooting, participation in infrastructure design for new client projects as needed, working collaboratively with internal client and third-party tech teams to resolve any issues, continuously evaluate current infrastructure and propose improvements as needed.SPS is a leading technology-driven business transformation company.
