I’ve spent over 25 years in the financial industry, with the past 15+ years focused on mortgage capital markets and secondary marketing – and I still genuinely enjoy the work. Whether I’m analyzing data, mentoring a colleague, or building a better pricing tool, I approach each challenge with curiosity, focus, and a drive to improve how things are done.What sets me apart is the broad foundation I’ve built across the financial landscape. I’ve worked in consumer and business banking, lending, credit products, investments, and insurance – with experience in branches, call centers, operations, and wealth management. I’ve contributed to ALCO committees, supported pricing strategy, and seen firsthand how decisions in one part of a bank affect the rest. That wide-ranging perspective helps me connect the dots and bring context to every conversation.In capital markets, I’ve led initiatives across TBA hedging, MSR valuation, securitization, CRA lending, CECL modeling, and gain-on-sale optimization. I’ve developed pricing models and rate sheet tools, improved investor delivery, enhanced pull-through modeling, and strengthened reporting used by senior leadership. I work best when combining deep data analysis with practical execution – making complex processes more efficient, transparent, and useful.I’m highly proficient with tools like MCTLive, TradeWeb, Optimal Blue, Encompass LOS, and advanced Excel (including macros and automation). I’m also experienced with PowerPoint, MS Access, Bloomberg Terminal and creating dashboards that turn raw data into clear, meaningful insights.
