Strategic scope optimisation, lean overheads and rewired decision‑making delivered a 20% cost reduction while preserving schedule and mitigating inflationary pressure.Over 15 years, I have led multidisciplinary engineering, construction and execution teams across Europe, the UK and Asia, with a focus on modularised construction, cross‑border fabrication and complex logistics. I speak five languages and have lived and delivered in the UK, USA, Belgium, Spain and Italy.Across this portfolio, I maintain a zero‑litigation track record: no disputes escalated to the courts, with issues resolved commercially and relationships preserved.    Strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of LNG & Greenfield Projects, supporting a global capital projects portfolio of around $50B across LNG, refining and petrochemicals.Coordinate portfolio performance reviews and executive briefings for the President, CEO and Management Committee, helping shape capital allocation, risk discussions and project priorities.Act as a “force multiplier” for the VP by structuring priorities, preparing decision‑ready materials and aligning internal stakeholders and joint‑venture partners around key choices.Support early‑stage framing and option evaluation for major projects (e.g. Rovuma LNG, Papua LNG), ensuring that delivery risks and execution learnings from past projects are built into front‑end decisions.Establish and refine lightweight governance routines, dashboards and review cadences to improve transparency and enable faster, better‑informed decisions across the portfolio.
