My background spans vacuum-based manufacturing, robotic integration, and automated system optimization.Currently at Fuyao Glass America, I work on Tesla Model Y sunroof coating processes, where I lead process tuning and defect troubleshooting on PVD systems. I’ve improved yield by 4.5% through thin-film simulation using TFCalc and hands-on adjustments of Ag and ZnSnOx sputtering parameters. I’ve also redesigned shielding and tooling fixtures in SolidWorks and updated SOPs and control plans to ensure process stability and production reliability.Previously, at SuitX, I co-led the development of an innovative dual-joint exoskeleton system, where I designed ASME Y14.5-compliant CAD assemblies, simulated actuator behavior in SolidWorks, and validated energy transfer mechanisms that reduced system cost and weight.
