Job Responsibilities:• Perform stormwater and site-civil engineering analyses, including runoff calculations, drainage sizing, detention/retention concepts, and grading solutions for municipal and private development projects.• Conduct stormwater compliance reviews aligned with municipal, state, and EPA-related requirements, supporting permitting processes and ensuring designs meet current stormwater management and environmental standards.• Prepare civil design plans and schematics for new construction and rehabilitation projects using AutoCAD and GIS-based datasets, ensuring coordination between stormwater, utilities, and site layout.• Develop engineering calculations, cost estimates, and project budgets for civil infrastructure scopes, supporting proposals, design decisions, and construction planning.• Analyze existing drainage and utility systems to identify capacity constraints and retrofit opportunities, supporting rehabilitation and resilience-oriented infrastructure upgrades.• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and permitting agencies, ensuring designs comply with local building codes, stormwater regulations, and industry standards, while maintaining schedule, scope, and technical accuracy.
