Lead Ford\'s Advanced Industrial Technology & Platforms (AITP) organization, bringing together Digital Manufacturing Systems (DMS), the Manufacturing Technology Development Center (MTDC), Troy Design & Manufacturing (TDM), and Global Innovation organizations under one unified P&L. Product & Platform Strategy – Architect Ford’s “Build once, scale everywhere” model to lead full lifecycle development of scalable manufacturing and technology platforms — accelerating deployment, improving productivity, and enabling global reuse and enterprise adoption. Software-Defined Manufacturing – Develop FPS+, Ford’s agentic manufacturing OS — connecting machines, robots, people, data and systems through a shared digital backbone aligned with the Ford Production System. AI & Advanced Tech – Lead development, deployment, and industrialization of AI, robotics, additive, and digital twin technologies across core factory systems and operations. External Innovation & Partnerships – Establish and launch Ford Manufacturing’s external co-development engine to partner, invest, and license with startups — combining internal expertise with external acceleration. Commercialization – Transform internal tools, technologies, and IP into scalable platform solutions — converting cost centers into revenue-generating assets. Advanced EV Industrialization - Continue to lead cross functional execution with Product Development and Programs to industrialize Ford\'s Next-Gen EV programs - ensuring launch and production readiness. Manufacturing Strategy - Continued responsibility of Ford\'s manufacturing strategy - spanning ICE, hybrid and BEV platforms, and manufacturing plants.
