   Supervise and manage multi-disciplined estimating staff of Multi Billion $ Projects, including the preparation and review of cost estimates for all Design Modifications and Construction Change Orders,(also known as Additional Work Orders [AWO’s]). Perform cost comparisons and negotiate all Design Modifications and Construction Change Orders. Meet with consultants, contractors, utility agencies, oversight agencies and various MTACC/NYCT Departments to provide scope and cost information, maintain project goals, and resolve issues. Continually review and update estimating cost standards and reporting formats to ensure program consistency and cost quality. Coordinate with Design and Construction Managers to further refine program plans, standards, and guidelines. Ensure resources such as budgets and estimating staff are available and allocated to support and achieve project goals and objectives.
