Built around five core values (self‑care & self‑awareness, autonomy, creativity, inclusion and sustainable development), the program brings together young women from around the world for personalised mentorship with Dior professionals. It culminates in Dream for Change, a social impact incubator where we design and develop projects that empower girls and women and drive sustainable, long‑term change.
