Payment Processing: Accurately record and reconcile incoming payments in the financial system - NetSuite, Israeli and International banks, PayPal, crypto- Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices for new and existing customers, ensuring all billing information is correct, corresponds to the contrat terms and delivered promptly - Salesforce & NetSuite- Collections: Conduct regular follow ups to secure on time payments, proactively resolving any issues or disputes that may arise- Increase overall collection rate and ensure 100% follow-up on overdue payments- Coordinate with the Sales Team to address billing questions and ensure a seamless customer experience- Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain a positive business relationship with clients to encourage timely payments (preferably quarter and annual prepayments) and ongoing goodwill- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and partner with internal teams to implement best practices in billing and collections (Dunning process, Automation of Disconnection of the customers flow, QA of new products in NS, etc.).
