ABOUT YULIA TOLO

I’ve spent over a decade working in talent acquisition and people strategy, with a focus on building hiring functions that support both growth and care. At ANNA, I oversee and continue to evolve our talent acquisition function—leading a TA team, partnering closely with clinical and executive leaders, and supporting the growth of both clinical and corporate teams in a thoughtful, sustainable way.I’m deeply drawn to the mental and behavioral health space and the responsibility that comes with building teams in this industry. Hiring here isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about supporting clinicians, protecting culture, and ultimately contributing to stronger outcomes for the individuals and families we serve. I care deeply about balancing operational rigor with empathy and intention.Earlier in my career, I partnered with high‑growth organizations across SaaS, VC‑backed companies, fintech, IT, manufacturing, and retail. Those experiences shaped how I approach scale today: building structure early, investing in strong hiring partnerships, and designing processes that can grow without losing the human experience—on either side of the hiring conversation.In parallel, I’m the founder of Talk to Tolo, where I support professionals through career and growth transitions. My coaching work centers on clarity, confidence, and storytelling—helping people understand their value and navigate change with intention. This work keeps me closely connected to the candidate experience and continuously informs how I show up as a TA leader.I’m known for bringing structure to complexity, asking thoughtful questions, and leading with both strategy and heart.
