Yulianna works in production across animation, VFX, and film & TV, leading teams and shaping production systems for complex projects.She began her career in Ukraine in directing roles across advertising, music videos, and documentaries, and later moved into producing VFX for feature films on local and international co-productions.In VFX, she held senior producer roles on both studio and client sides and, within her studio, led business operations, contributing to production strategy, budget oversight, vendor partnerships, resource planning, and executive communication across projects in Europe and North America.After relocating to Canada in 2022, she joined animation productions to deepen her knowledge of local studio practices and production standards. She has worked in coordination and production management roles on projects such as Mighty MonsterWheelies (Universal/DreamWorks/Netflix) and an unannounced DreamWorks/Netflix franchise, while continuing VFX work as a producer on the vendor side for Schmigadoon (Apple TV).Her focus is on delivery predictability and operational clarity through structured processes, data, and automation. She leads cross-functional teams and builds a culture of trust and shared accountability across creative and technical production environments.
