Compas is a new student organization at UCLA dedicated to advocating for farmworkers, providing them with resources, and empowering their children towards higher education. Our mission is to work towards a more equitable future for farmworkers. As the EI Co-director I am responsible for guiding a committee of six on gathering information relating to current policies pertaining to farmworkers, as well as educating the UCLA student body of the hardships that farm workers face at work, health disparities, and current events.
