Hi, I\'m Yulia I\'m a UX researcher experienced in doing research with B2B and B2C users.My research toolbox has qualitative and quantitative methods. I have a vast experience with interviews (both in-person and offline), usability tests, surveys (including on-site, like Hotjar), diary studies, and other methods. I\'m also experienced with strategic research, creating CJMs and personas, and communicating the research findings across the organization to ensure teams make insights-based decisions. I\'m passionate about understanding people\'s needs and experiences through research, conducting workshops with users and stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional product teams on finding solutions to user pains, and seeing how these solutions make somebody\'s life better.
