Directly supporting the CTO and CPO (chief product officer) and an engineering, product, design org of 60+ people. Designing and running quarterly planning for 10 engineering teams. Running 10+ engineering initiatives at a time around security, performance, quality and infrastructure migrations. For example, running the initiative to migrate our cloud infrastructure to Kubernetes for 150+ micro services within 8 months across 16 teams. Creating and optimizing processes for incident management, on call and release management. Previously, supported platform teams such as the infrastructure (DevOps) team and the Identity and Access team.
