   Design, produce, and execute Tanium\'s largest internal events to amplify the Tanium brand and build culture and employee loyalty- These are high-end, white-glove events for senior executives and sales incentive programs- Provide end-to-end program planning and management from timeline and budget creation to post-event analytics, including recommendations for improvements, and creation of best practice documents for project budgets ranging from $1 to $5 million- Manage and execute large scale, week-long events including internal kick-off meetings and user conferences- Work with the Director of Global Events to manage expectations of leadership. Responsible for leading steering committee meetings, program sourcing and presentation build-out for all programs listed under MBOs- Develop and implement unique processes to ensure all projects run smoothly. Provide nimble problem resolution when issues arise- Collaborate with cross functional leaders to create agendas and content for internal and external events such as Chairman’s Club, sales kick-off, Partner and other executive programs- Establish relationships and liaise with external agencies and vendors to track and manage all elements of assigned events
