I’m a Dynamics 365 Consultant with 12 years of experience and very passionate about everything CRM. I have been a Lead consultant on a variety of implementations and always look forward to new challenges.Before joining HCLTech as a Consultant, I worked with Dynamics CRM at AlfaPeople, also within the Public Sector and a very large UK Insurer – I was very lucky to have worked with these amazing people delivering great value in the fast changing environments.During my career I have worked in all stages of CRM implementations including requirements gathering, business process mapping and optimisation, solution design, data migration, testing, deployment and training.I’m fully Dynamics CE certified and specialize not just in CE but a full stack of Cloud technologies.Last and not the least I had the pleasure to have led and configured the integrated Provance IT Service Management solution deployments for a number of businesses.
