I am the COO for PwC UK\'s Payments Practice delivering client projects, with interest in strategy, operating models and innovation. As a Director and a senior business professional at a leading Big4 consultancy firm with 20 years in Financial Services practice, I have enjoyed a variety of experiences and roles. My expertise and passion lies with developing strong trusting long-term business relationships, growing business with our priority clients, running successful networks and leading teams globally across major programmes. With the changing landscape of the global market and our response to its challenges, I continue to learn and I have a proven agility to change and adapt quickly to a new environment or role. My Russian background, in addition to being bi-lingual, provides me with an excellent opportunity to build on my knowledge of the Emerging Markets.I thrive working on large complex international initiatives where I can leverage my experience or learn from others. I have successfully negotiated client contracts and been responsible for sizable client revenues. I am a goal-oriented, driven and engaging leader who enjoys working with diverse teams.
