There, I rose from product manager to COO, navigating the smartphones’ disruption and leading a pivot to mobile gaming. In 2022, I took the helm during a near-bankruptcy crisis, acquiring shares and steering Auer into the niche NSFW gaming market. By building our own platform and ecosystem, we transformed from the brink of failure to $80M in annual revenue in three years.This journey taught me to think across domains, and lead through uncertainty—skills I now bring to Keiretsu Forum.
