ABOUT AHMET YUSUF YUKSEK
I’m an iOS developer and PhD candidate in computational humanities with a strong foundation in computer science. Over the past three years, I’ve focused on building apps in Swift using UIKit and SwiftUI, publishing titles like Jungle Spirits and LingoPod: AI Listen & Learn on the App Store. My academic research combines NLP, data analytics, and GIS to explore historical questions. In my dissertation, I use large language models to analyze Ottoman Turkish documents and uncover patterns in the Ottoman Empire’s social and religious transformations.
