Having passed the first year assessment in 2015 to move onto the second stageof the study program after being accepted into the program in September 2014, I am studying viticulture (Napa Valley College, UC Davis), vinification (US Davis +), Wine Business (Sonoma State) and general wine production, regulation (OIV seminars +) and current issues by visiting wine producing countries in the New and Old world frequently to enhance my study.
