As a Production & Operation manager, my roles and responsibility are : o Manage an operation team in different process area. Establish strong lines of communication with the employees and disseminate information to the team. o Manage different process and cycle time improvement projects to drive production results according to the KPI. o Serve as a communication link between the Department manager to other support functional team like engineering, planning and procurement team. o Manage the department inventory to ensure the total inventory is meeting the business target. o Work closely with engineering and quality team to ensure all risk assessment completed timely and efficiently with minimum operation impact. o Work closely with test engineering team to minimize test system down time to improve overall product turn around time.o Actively support operation Team Leads with the quality process. o Work with production planning, procurement and material team to ensure production build and ship schedules are accurate and complete.o Work closely with process Engineer, supervisor to improve the production layout, test process, product cycle time and test jigs fabrication. o Monitor and improve the production test system utilization to ensure zero bottleneck for production operation. o Work closely and provide resources support to engineering NPI team to ensure all the project milestone are on track and able to release to production without any delay.o Actively involve in the company separation between Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies activities like re-branding, system upgrade,inventory deplete and etc that involve both our company and contract manufacturer side.
