Involved in 10+ Invention Disclosures related to cutter block, stabilized reamer and wire solution. •Project Management: Prepared project proposal, project plan and documentation such as Trade Compliance and Customs, HSE and IP report. Applied different strategies to ensure on-time delivery of milestones and critical decision points. •Verification and Validation Test: Hand-on assembly, disassembly, and function test experience on wired reamer prototypes and cable assembly. •Failure Investigation: Investigated root cause of multiple incidents, such as PCT connector failure. Performed well schematic check, rig/operation parameter check, FEA and Fatigue analysis. •Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Field Support: Reviewed and dispositioned non-conformance report/waiver from manufacturing and suppliers. Supported field maintenance and operation job planning. •Portfolio Rationalization: Conducted Portfolio performance review and portfolio rationalization for Rhino reamer cutter block. Key Projects Wired Rhino XM Development 2021~2023 • Led and designed wired solution for Rhino XM On-demand Multi-activated Reamer to allow reliable real time communication between MWD and Power Drive thru Rhino Reamer. • Managed to achieve 8 months rapid delivery from concept to field. Stabilized Rhino Development 2021~2023 • Designed Stabilized Rhino Reamer to improve shock and vibration performance. Performed dynamic analysis via IDEAS platform to validate downhole dynamic improvement. • Supported field test and product commercialization.
