With over 11 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a seasoned professional with core competencies in collocation, site acquisition, site upgrade, and network deployment. I am passionate about providing visibility, leadership, and guidance to all stakeholders involved in the planning and implementation of these projects. I have a strong field of expertise in GSM and 3G technologies, and I am committed to delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance network performance and coverage. I am currently the Head Collocation and Site Acquisition at 9mobile, one of the leading mobile operators in Nigeria, where I manage and monitor the site capacity upgrade and indoor deployment for the Alton project. In my previous role as the Manager National Collocation, Site Upgrade and Indoor Deployment at Etisalat Nigeria, I was responsible for providing regular feedback on site capacity upgrade implementation, including indoor coverage deployment, to the technical management. I also ensured that all the documentation, acceptance, and reporting processes were fully compliant and stored in the appropriate systems. I led a team of professionals and optimized the human and material resources of the unit to achieve the overall team objectives. I also contributed to the project management reporting of the network deployment unit on NETDEP, a strategic tool for measuring and reporting the status of milestones, tasks, and activities required in achieving the predefined project results. I leveraged my skills in customer experience, GSM, and 3G to deliver high-quality outcomes and solutions for the company and its clients.
