Act as the primary liaison between the IPM student body, the administration, and the Estate & Infrastructure staff, bridging communication gaps to ensure alignment on facility needs.Oversee infrastructure requirements across various departments, actively identifying and addressing student-facing issues.Manage the escalation and resolution process for infrastructure problems, coordinating directly with technical staff to ensure timely solutions.Gather and analyze student feedback to develop strategic recommendations for improving academic, residential, and extracurricular facilities.Collaborate with the IPM Infrastructure Committee to plan and advocate for practical facility upgrades centered on enhancing the student experience.
