Oversee the execution root cause analysis and quality testing to solve product failures.• Participate in root cause analysis to mitigate operational impact and determine correct actions to avoid risks.• Combine efforts with R&D team to coordinate design specification and manufacturing preparation. Lead communication to keep all stakeholders informed.• Identify obstacles that slows down or prevent from getting results. Collect information from other businesses, develop functional specification, prioritize features and support technical scoping required. • Work with team members to define and establish manufacturing procedures, test specifications and development of production test equipment’s.• Ensure end user high availability of production systems related to new technology.• Re-engineer existing products and processes for continuous improvement. Analyze design change request and incorporate these changes into launched products.
