Future Enterprises Limited (NSE: FEL, BSE: FEL), part of Future Group; bought a majority stake in LivQuik in October, 2018. LivQuik\'s operations in India\'s payments space consists of both Issuing and Acquiring and is licensed by the Reserve Bank of India as a Prepaid Payment Issuer. SabPe, an omni-channel Payments JV between LivQuik & Poynt Inc. was incorporated in August, 2019 and will provide a next gen payments platform for Merchants, Banks and other Acquirers in India.
