Involve on determining and describing tests requirements from the beginning Specifications, Configurations and Designs- Confirm new functionality meets requirements of functional specifications on a consistent basis- Create end-to-end Test Plans and respective Test Cases according to the scope of the project, resources and milestones- Develop and document all test cases in terms of functionality of desktop and web applications within stories across multiple browsers, operating systems and mobile devices- Ensure clean releases by integration and regression testing to make sure that new features are not affecting the existing functionalities- Use knowledge of systems and technologies, as well as troubleshooting skills to investigate defects in order to determine the potential cause for failed tests- Identify, report and track issues, and analyze their relative significance, describing flows, steps and attaching images or videos using the internal Project Management tool- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms throughout the software development lifecycle making sure to advise the teams of potential risk areas as early as possible- Work with the QA Manager, Project Managers and Developers on application defects and enhancements to ensure proper escalation and follow up before the product goes live- Enhance and create test scripts as needed- Provide back up assistance to support the Help Desk- Help direct other department representatives in User Acceptance Testing- Experience working with Scrum development methodology- Experience working with Scrumwise as Project Management tool- Experience working with database for verify the data using Oracle- Work on several projects and different teams at the same time, adapting to the priorities with the commitment to deliver a good quality product- Transfer knowledge of all applications and projects and train new QAs joining to the team.
