   Provide leadership for the administration of all aspects and daily operations of the Office of Residential Living-Assume primary responsibility in developing, executing, and managing housing operations and residential education for a 700+ bed program during the academic year and a summer conference program-Supervise, train, and evaluate two full-time Assistant Directors, two part-time Hall Directors, and 17 student staff-Develop and facilitate in-person training for professional staff and student staff-Accountable for sound fiscal management of approximately $20 million in annual revenue-Work closely with Administration & Finance to set annual room rates and revenue projections-Oversee administration of room assignment, room inspection, room change, room inventory, and room billing processes via Simplicity-Collaborate with university partners to develop a Housing Facilities Deferred Maintenace Plan encompassing construction, renovation, deferred maintenance, renewal and replacement, and general preventative maintenance-Maintain facilities and a residential climate conducive to optimum academic achievement, individual personal growth, successful group living and contribute to campus affirmative action and diversity goals-Maintain a visible presence in the residence halls and engage in positive, professional interactions with students to promote community development-Assist the Dean’s Office in the disciplinary process-Serve on the on-call emergency and crisis duty rotation as an Admin on Call (AOC) for approximately 700 residential students. Assist professional staff and RAs on Call with responses to urgent, emergency, and crisis situations.
