Design and build data pipeline infrastructure to validate map data with customized rules and alert. Adopted cross various teams in the data propagation workflow and gate map release automatically when validation fails.* Map data ingestion into BigQuery. Built end to end data processing pipeline to ingest map data into BigQuery for external customers. Auto detect and update BigQuery table schema when map data schema changes.* API Pre-caching to shorten API call latency. Improved pre-caching job performance from 2 days to 4+ hours by parallelism and scale backend service.
