Real Estate Professional with broad practical experience within the real estate markets and academia (Amsterdam School of Real Estate and the University of the West of England). My practical experience includes project management, drafting business cases, lease contracts, sale and lease back contracts, tendering of developers and property valuation. I have been lecturing on real estate markets and valuation at several Dutch Universities and Academies (ASRE, TU Eindhoven, Saxion, Avans and RAvB) and a UK University (UWE Bristol). Further, I have extensive advisory experience on real estate and housing issues for real estate occupiers. I have a large network in the public sector (local governments, shared facilities and Departments), as well as the corporate sector. I always try to achieve the ultimate result for my clients. For 2 former governmental agencies for instance I saved 15 mln euro each on contractual rental costs as they were dismantling their business. For an environmental agency I closed a sale and lease back deal which saved them significantly on housing costs and provided a brand new building. Expertise: Rent negotiations and reviews, contract management, feasibility studies, sale and lease back agreements, valuations, tendering developers for occupiers.
