ABOUT YAROSLAV STETSENKO

Engineering design expert with work experience in modular and prefabrication construction, mineral processing, cement, and mining plant design, engineering management, coordination, and remote operations management. Lead layout development and structural manufacturing-level design for volumetric modular and panelized buildings with prefabricated standard and custom components. Manage development of the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) technologies for specific products and systems. Employ parametric 3D design platforms for modelling, drawing, structural simulation, prototyping, automated manufacturing, and project cost estimation. Work with manufacturing facilities, provide production support and troubleshooting, assist in equipment integration and process design. Have broad experience in mechanical equipment design for mineral processing applications. This includes general mechanical and structural arrangements for wet and dry processes, process ductwork, bulk material transport chutes and systems, dust collection systems, slurry transport systems, etc. Assemble, lead, and grow engineering design teams locally and overseas to achieve strong results in multi-discipline fast-paced work environment. Have teaching and mentorship experience in university and corporate settings.
