Destination Canada’s Business Events team is responsible for bringing international meetings, conventions and incentive travel to Canada and growing Canada’s share of international business events. As Senior Marketing Manager for Business Events, I elevate Canada’s presence across the global network of chief executives and corporate decision makers and galvanize the industry through powerful content and communications that enable our Business Events team to highlight Canada as the destination of choice for business events leaders across the globe. I develop and implement integrated international B2B marketing and communications strategic plans that enable Business Events to achieve its business objectives. Working closely with the Brand Strategy team, I develop and implement brand activities, communications, earned media, content and paid promotion and lead the brand and communication opportunities at industry events and strategic partnerships.
