Business Unit: Engineering, Research & Development (ERD)Manufacturing project: Jindal Stainless Limited - JSL (Hisar: Haryana) 1. Focus on the KPI matrix comprising - On-Time In Full (OTIF), Resource utilization, Inventory optimization and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) within the manufacturing plant2. Monitor the KPI performances across three divisions - Hot Rolling (HRD), Cold Rolling (CRD) and Special Products (SPD) in Quintiq Company Planner (CP) application3. Validate and maintain data consistency across the external interfaces SAP ERP, Apriso and Quintiq applications4. Define the optimal product routings based on the templates that are fed into the system either via database or excel import to ensure the Finished Goods (FG) don\'t consist of upstream/downstream supply chain constraints in Quintiq Data Manager (DM) application5. Ensure that the utilization of the virtual mother coil is maximum by CPLEX optimizer or Mixed Integration Programming (MIP) solver so that the scrap is disposed at minimal rate in Quintiq Order Combiner (OC) application6. Travel to the manufacturing plant to create the digital twin in replica of the actual steel coil manufacturing process
