   Generating growth at Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) by: 1) Identifying market dynamics and global trends within and adjacent to our core businesses and customer segments (e.g, IIoT and SaaS for manufacturing, building ops, warehouse logistics, industrial cybersecurity, aerospace, and life sciences). 2) Determining how HCE can best position itself to capture growth in those segments 3) Executing on inorganic opportunities via M&A and venture investments Sample project outcomes: • Investment in and strategic partnership with a leading OT cybersecurity startup My team\'s role: Creation of an outside-in overview of the critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS) operational technology (OT) cybersecurity market, including trends and key growth segments, internal capability assessment, and strategic recommendations. • Acquisition of Sparta Systems for $1.3B in Dec. 2020 My team\'s role: Refinement of Life Sciences strategy from HCE\'s standpoint, commercial diligence of target, synergy analysis, alignment, and buy-in, and CEO presentation. • Merger of Honeywell Quantum Solutions (HQS) with Cambridge Quantum Computing (CQC) in Nov. 2021 My team\'s role: Development of a set of strategic options for HQS, including assessment of the market landscape, identification of potential partners, investors, and merger candidates, and evaluation of each option and recommendation of best fit for HQS based on use-cases, technology complementarity, GTM fit, and strategic fit.
