ABOUT MUHAMMAD KHAWAJA

With over 15 years of experience in project management, I am a senior project manager at Project X Ltd, where I lead and deliver IT projects for Bell Canada, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. I have successfully completed more than 20 IT projects related to new products, billing, ordering, regulation, and customer experience across multiple IT platforms. As a certified project management professional (PMP) and a master of business administration (MBA) graduate, I possess a strong combination of technical and business skills that enable me to manage complex projects efficiently and effectively. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and revenue generation. Some of my key achievements include enabling stakeholders to gain key campaign insights for new product/service in mobility and residential services, IT transformation program to enhance offerings and services, keeping Bell compliant according to the latest CASL legislations, and upgrading ETL to enable faster and more efficient data load into the data warehouse. I am passionate about delivering value to my clients and stakeholders, and I strive to continuously improve my skills and competencies in the dynamic IT industry.
