Youssef is a lawyer, City Councillor in the City of Montreal, and Associate Advisor to the Executive Committee. He also serves on the Commission du développement économique, des finances et de l\'emploi of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal and sits on the board of PME MTL Est-de-l\'Île.Throughout his career, Youssef has advised individuals, elected officials, organizations, and corporations at various levels. As a lawyer, he has successfully negotiated and settled numerous complex matters. He has supported entrepreneurs in the development and strategic management of their businesses, while also guiding organizations in refining their communications and public relations strategies.In 2023, Youssef received the 40 Under 40 Business Elite Award, one of the world’s most prestigious distinctions recognizing young executives and entrepreneurs for their achievements, leadership, reputation, and ambition. He has also been featured in the Top 100 Canadian Professionals Magazine and his firm was honored with the Power Partner Award by Inc. Magazine.Trained in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School, with a focus on emotional intelligence, Youssef places his expertise at the service of others. His background has led him to work closely with decision-making bodies to implement measures that promote community well-being.
