ABOUT YOUSSEF TAIMI

I am a recent Chemistry graduate from Bridgewater State University currently working in cell therapy manufacturing at Bristol Myers Squibb, where I support the production of advanced T-cell therapies used to treat cancer. My role focuses on GMP manufacturing operations, including aseptic processing, cryogenic handling, and collaborative production workflows in a highly regulated environment.Through this work, I have developed a strong interest in cell and gene therapy, pharmacokinetics, and bioprocess manufacturing. I enjoy operating at the intersection of biology, chemistry, and engineering, where complex scientific ideas are translated into real therapies that impact patients’ lives.During my academic career, I also completed research on metal-organic frameworks at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Morocco, where I gained experience in materials research and international scientific collaboration.I am motivated by opportunities that combine scientific rigor, operational excellence, and meaningful impact on patient health. I am particularly interested in growing within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in roles related to cell therapy manufacturing, process development, and pharmacokinetics.Outside of work, I enjoy travel, outdoor adventure, and exploring new cultures, experiences that have shaped my perspective and adaptability.I am always interested in connecting with professionals in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and cell and gene therapy
