Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to identify, document, and define key terms, acronyms, and concepts used throughout the company. Conducted extensive research to ensure accuracy and consistency of definitions, while also gathering input from subject matter experts across different departments. Established clear guidelines for glossary structure, formatting, and update processes to maintain long-term usability and relevance. Created an accessible, searchable resource that reduced miscommunication, improved onboarding efficiency for new employees, and ensured alignment on technical and business terminology. Regularly reviewed and updated entries to reflect evolving product features, industry standards, and organizational changes. Facilitated workshops and training sessions to promote glossary adoption and encourage team members to contribute new terms and refinements. This initiative significantly enhanced internal communication, reduced ambiguity in documentation and cross-team discussions, and served as a foundational knowledge management tool that supported the company\'s growth and operational efficiency.Used various tools, such as SPARQL, VocBench, Excel, Palantir, Python (Pandas / VocBench API\'s) to automatise tasks, OWL Protege.
