Manage and support cloud-based environments on Cognition+ Cloud using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.• Deploy and Configure VCNs, Route Tables, and Security Groups on OCI.• Deploy and Configure VPN Tunnels between OCI and on premise Offices.• Create Instances and Build templates for provisioning resources on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.• Work closely with users and clients to provide the highest level of service while supporting them with our insurance software.• Build and deploy the latest version of IBS/C+ software to internal servers and client’s environment.• Manage ticketing system daily to track and ensure internal and external client issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, operating systems, and the company insurance software infrastructure.• In partnership with a Cloud provider, successfully on-boarded seven clients from an on premise infrastructure to a hosted on-cloud infrastructure.• Provided recommendations and assisted in the implementation of advanced technologies including a password repository system, phone system and VMWare upgrade.• Managed the scheduling and communication aspect of the rollout of a project that involved the release of a new suite of servers for all clients allowing them the ability to adopt our new web based Insurance Software while ensuring they were on the latest version of Oracle Linux and CentOS.
